Curtains Up For The 2 –Day FLO Mumbai Magic Bazaar 2017..!

FICCI Ladies Organization launched the seasons most exciting Carnival, on 17thFebruary 2017 at The Art Hub, Atria Mall, Worli, and which is supported by Shaadi Sakhi, First Moms Club, MUMO and The Art Hub.FLO Mumbai Magic Bazaar 2017 has brought together 100 Women Entrepreneurs from across the country to showcase a melange of products, women start-ups developed out of unconventional business ideas. The event was inaugurated by Bollywood Actress Karishma Kapoor in the Presence of Ms. Vinita Bimbhet, President, FICCI Ladies Organization, Ms. Swati Mayekar, Chairperson, FLO Mumbai Chapter and several other dignitaries.

From the real socks queens of India, the founders of 30 yr old Mustang Socks to The Good Shade, a boutique label manufacturing traditional Awadhi designs and un-conventional lamp shades. From Ahmedabad based, House of Marigold, to the only be-spoke exclusive watch designer company of India making it piece of art, to Countryspices.com India’s largest online Spices and Herbs store founded by women, a women business dealing with Dankotuwa Crockery and more were the part of the 2-day mega women carnival FLO Mumbai Magic Bazaar 2017. Bollyowwd Actress Karishma Kapoor explained, “It’s all about women power these days. I am really happy to see the variety of skills these women have displayed here.FLO is really doing a wonderful job by bringing these women entrepreneurs under one roof”  

Ms. Swati Mayekar, Chairperson, FICCI Ladies Organization, Mumbai Chapter explains, "The bazaar is like a breath of fresh air for Mumbaikars. One will get to see several unconventional business ideas for the first time where these women will inspire one and all..!From Fashion Garments and Contemporary Clothing, Sarees, Jewellery,Gifts, Designer Socks, Fashion Accessories, Home Décor and Home Accessories, Dankotuwa Crockery, Fashion and Ethnic Shoes, Fashion Jewellery and Handbags, Handcrafted, Products, Home Care, Organics, Food and more..! 

Day 1 of the event will also be graced by Ms. Amruta Fadnavis (Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's wife) who will render a talk on women enterprises and its power. 
Day 2 of the will also have Live Demonstrations on Gond art, Warli art, Saree draping Workshops, Metal Wire Art, Face shape analysis etc. Artisan Foundation & Kids of Colaba Municipal School with Salaam Bombay Trust, Cancer Patients Aid Association are the few social enterprises which will be set up amongst the other budding and established women entrepreneurial ventures.
